This a portrait of the biggest baddest cat in Seattle, Washington. While describing her to me over the phone this cat's pet (for the cat is the owner of the person) described her as having a cigarettes and whisky kind of voice. So that is why if you look very closely, you may see a bottle of Frisky Whisky and an ashtray full of cigarette butts contained within the 'O' of "meOw".
The part of the banner that says "YOU MUST DO HER BIDDING" appears in the Springsteen tour book next to a photo of Patty Scialfa, band member and Bruce's wife. Hmmmmm!
